Pro add-on
The Pro add-on adds credit notes, proforma invoices, shipping labels, more layouts, yearly numbering, custom fields and a PDF archive.
The Pro add-on is a separate plugin that works together with the free plugin. It uses the same settings and the same invoice register — nothing is migrated, and nothing is lost if you deactivate it.
Credit notesOne numbered credit note per refund (CN-0001 …), referring to the original invoice, issued automatically and attached to the "Refunded order" email. Customers can download it.
Proforma invoicesNumbered proforma invoices for unpaid orders (pending, on hold), attached to the "Order on hold" email.
Shipping labels4×6 in, A6 or 4×4 in labels with sender, recipient, phone, order number, shipping method and weight — single or in bulk.

Installing Pro
- Keep the free plugin installed and active.
- Upload the Pro zip in Plugins > Add New > Upload and activate it.
- Enter your license key, then open WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Pro.
